Chicken Salad Sandwich

Chicken Salad


So I learned a similar recipe about 10 years ago from my Mother in Law who has been teaching me how to cook for 14+ years now so I can spoil her son for life. haha

Ingredients:

1 roasted chicken from your local grocery store

1/2 cup of sliced Almonds

1/2 a cup of cranberries

1/2 a cup of shredded carrots

2 sticks of Celery

1 green apple

1 small red onion

2 TBS of avocado mayo

1 TBS of organic cane sugar

salt and pepper to taste.


Chicken Salad

Step 1:

Shred all the chicken into a big bowl.


Step 2:

Chop up all the ingredients into small pieces. I used a vegetable chopper I purchased from amazon which saves me a lot of time. click here to see what I used.


Step 3:

Add all the ingredients into the bowl, add 2 TBS of mayo, 1 TBS of sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Then mix it all together.


You can eat this alone, or with crackers, or as a sandwich with a lot of pickles on the side (so good when you are pregnant) Hope you guys are enjoying these recipes. love you all and thank you so much for your support!!
