How I Had Energy During My Pregnancy
Hi guys, so its been awhile since I have been on here but I thought this would be a great place to start sharing everything about my life besides Instagram. There have been many of you that asked for me to share what I share on my story but a place you can reference without it deleting after 24hrs. So here we are :)
One of the 1st posts I would like to share is a question/comment
I got through out my entire pregnancy.
“You have so much energy!”
“How do you have the energy?”
I am only sharing my experience on what worked for me.
Here is a list of things I did and still do. <3
Juice Plus Trio + Omega Blend - I doubled up on my juice plus capsules everyday, opened the capsules up and put them in my protein shake every morning. I honestly feel like this is what helped me the most. (& NO I DO NOT SELL JUICE PLUS) so this is a real testimonial. I also triple the amount of capsules when I feel like Im getting sick, and that feeling goes away right away. I found a bullet point of what happens to your body after taking juice plus for 4 months.
If you are interested in getting some though you can purchase them from Micole Austin. This is who I
purchase them from MicoleAustin@gmail.com .
2. Apple Cider Vinegar- I started doing this because on morning I felt like I was getting a cold and wanted to fight it off right away, it worked but I noticed I just felt better in general so I kept doing it. Taking a shot of ACV has so many health benefits. Look below.
3 .Water- I drank a lot of water, I would try to drink about a gallon a day but didn’t really make it to that every single day. Water helped with my migraines I would get through out my pregnancy, and also kept me energized.
4. Working Out- From about when I was 3 months until the day that I delivered, I would go to the gym 3-5 times a week. I would do about 3-5 miles on the Elliptical, which came out to 40-60min. then I would do weights for about 20-30min. Working out has always been a part of my life, so I had to keep going while I was pregnant. Every time I left the gym, I felt so motivated to get so much done. Even if you could walk around your block, I promise this would wake you up and help you to keep going.
Also I want to add that the 1st 3 months of my pregnancy I was super tired and did nothing but take so many naps during the day. So my energy kicked in during my 2nd trimester.
If you are exhausted do not push your body to the extreme, you are growing beautiful baby in your tummy, you really have to listen to your body. <3
Everything I did I made sure it was okay with my doctor. She encouraged me to keep working out. She told me that if I continue to do so I would have an easy labor, & wow she was right. The easiest labor I had with all 3 of my kids.
